King's music is a kaleidoscopic blend of spacey rap, rock, and pop that bends the boundaries of progressive music. The mix of influences is unified by the unparalleled brilliance of King’s lyrical vision and singular style. Even more so than other artists out of Atlanta, King's music represents a broad spectrum of influences, including, pop, rock, spacey hip hop, and spoken word. King has collaborated and performed with Outkast and No Doubt. King can be heard on “Unhappy” and “Bust” on Outkast’s ten time platinum selling album “Speakerboxx/Love Below” and can also be heard guest rapping on No Doubt’s “Hey Baby.” King was recently featured on MTV’s TRL Awards in 2004, where he performed with Outkast. King can also currently be seen performing in OutKast’s video for the song “Roses.” After being a backing performer for the past four years, King is now striking out on his own and has embarked on a solo career. With “She’s Into Star Wars,” King has created the ultimate feel good pop smash of the summer.
